Video Book FAQ’S

How do we get this project going?
– Choose a video screen size and an order quantity to quote.
– Email us artwork so we can create a rendering for you.
– We will email you a rendering and quote within 2 days.
Once you have the renderings and quote, it establishes a path to your final product. From there, we can either customize the order to back into your budget or make the Video Book more elaborate by adding additional features.

Art and Video Specs
– Once we have the PO we will send you the template. The artwork needs to be created in illustrator with images embedded and fonts outlined. Any images need to be at least 300 DPI and to size.
– The video needs to be saved as a MP4 file and in size of 1280x720(prefered) 16:9 format.
– All the files for the order can then be sent via any FTP program or live wetransfer.com

Do you film the video or do we send the video?
We currently do not offer video filming or editing services. You will need to supply us with the final video. We will load the video onto the Video Books before sending the order to you. We can also send you the Video Books blank and you can easily upload the video to the Video Book. This also gives you the option of uploading different videos for different presentations.

How long can the video be?
The video can be any size. It is best to let your client tell you how long they prefer the video to be. We will select the size of the memory card based on the size of the video. The cost difference between a small memory card and a large memory card is nominal.

Can we ship the Video Books in envelopes?
Once you receive your order you may want to drop ship them in kits or hand them out at an event. We recommend shipping the Video Books in individual shipper boxes. We do not recommend you ship the Video Books in paper or padded envelopes. The Video Books will need more protection during shipping. As an option, we can supply individual shipper boxes for your order.

I didn’t see pricing anywhere? Did I miss it?
Nope! You did not miss it. We do not advertise any pricing as pricing for electronics changes daily. Once we send you a quote, it is valid for 30 days from the day sent.

Do you offer special pricing for distributor self promotions?
Yes we do! We have a great 4″ High Definition book style unit. We print the Video Book four color process over the entire piece with your artwork. The memory card is a 256 mb which can hold an 8-10 minute video. We also can help you create a photo slideshow video set to music. This is the perfect way for you to showcase your portfolio to clients while also presenting the Video Book!

Can I get a sample for a meeting?
We currently do not offer free samples. We have two different options for samples. You can purchase a blank unbranded sample for $20-30 . This ships to you with a charging cord. We can also load a video on the Video Book for you.
All we need is a YouTube link for the video. The Video Book is also unlocked. This means you have the ability to take the video off and load another video onto the Video Book. Perfect for when you visit an automotive client and show them an automotive video. Then you go to the next meeting, switch the video and present the beverage video to your beverage client.

We do not need a purchase order, just an email with your UPS#, UPS service you would like, your ship to address. The samples will ship from Shenzhen, China.

The second option is to send printed samples for existing orders. The availability of these samples change daily so please call to discuss what we have in stock. Printed samples are $50 per sample.
